Quality Supervisor (Csa)

Quality Supervisor Job Description We are looking for a CSA Quality Supervisor, responsible for ensuring that all civil construction activities are performed in accordance with the project specifications, plans, and codes, reporting to the quality and project managers.
This role will require a daily, on-site presence.
Quality Supervisor Responsibilities: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
Identifyand seekresolution of quality issues.
Superviseinspections and witness testing to verify that works are meeting standards.
Validate and maintain quality control on the project platform.
Work with the project team to develop and implement corrective action plans Communicate quality control and site issues to the quality and project managers.
Assist in the verification of progress claimed by contractors.
Maintain a daily site diary for progress.
Represent the OR in trade-to-trade handovers.
Cooperate with the QM in the deployment of the Quality Team duties Participate in clients safety observation system.
Quality Supervisor Qualifications Minimum 3years of experience in a supervising capacity on large scale construction projects.
VCA-VOL orSSSTS, CSCS, Safe pass Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills and great communication.
Proactive and focused on continuous improvement, including providing well-thought-out solutions.
