Responsibilities: Transport timber goods from mills to various customer sites Operate flatbed Class 1 vehicles with ratchet-strapped loads Ensure all deliveries are made safely and on time Maintain high standards of vehicle care and safety Key Information Posted: January 06, 2025 Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire Reference: 163979 Duration: This is an ongoing role with work commencing immediately.
Contract Type: Temporary Hourly Rate: £17.00 per hour PAYE with 28 days annual leave.
£20.57 via Umbrella.
£24 per Night Out £962 per week.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday Leave site on the Monday, Night out all week and return Friday.
Closing Date: Experience & Qualifications To be considered for this role you will require the following: • Minimum 1 years HGV experience (Required) • Timber Experience (Preferred) • Previous Ratchet and Strapping experience (Preferred) • Valid LGV/HGV Class 1 C+E License • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card • No more than 9 penalty points.
