A Brief Job Description: Compensation: $21.50 - $22.50 / Hour
As a Quality Operations Coordinator for Job Path at The Arc of Monroe, you'll analyze data, review policies, and suggest process improvements. Job Path is a recognized leader in providing innovative employment services and is Monroe County's largest supported employment agency. Job Path has worked with hundreds of businesses throughout Rochester and the surrounding area to create employment connections. You'll be an integral part of this team by providing oversight of OPWDD regulations, quality management, and support to Job Path. You'll work with specifically assigned departments by fulfilling organizational quality responsibilities. You'll also monitor, develop and implement quality standards, systems and processes to all aspects of those programs.
This Quality Operations Coordinator position at Job Path requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have outstanding decision-making and organizational skills.
Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelors' degree in human services or related field plus three (3) years relevant experience preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. QIDP status preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic Outlook skills as evidenced by creating and sending messages, working with address books, message handling, creating and using personal folders, scheduling appointments, working with meeting requests and managing tasks. Basic Microsoft Word skills as evidenced by the ability to produce basic business letters and simple tables and charts; as well as check spelling, set tabs, change page orientation, sort, save, open and organize electronic files. Basic Excel skills as evidenced by the ability to use workbooks, create simple formulas, insert and delete data, create and edit charts, filter and sort lists, and format data. Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Experience with BPC/Certification desirable. Basic knowledge of OPWDD and justice center regulations and practices, or ability to learn these in a reasonable timeframe is required. Ability to identify true problem vs. the presenting problem.
