We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to work for a print manufacturing company based in LeicesterThis is a permanent positionThe Job:You will be responsible for company Quality SystemTo investigate and resolve any customer complaints and find out cause of issueEnsure company and employees are fully compliant of business requirementsEnsure all documents are completed in an efficient and timely mannerEnsure all equipment is serviced and calibratedProviding training on quality system, procedures and guidelinesHours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (30 mins lunch break)This is a site based roleSalary £35k26 days holiday plus bank holidayFull Job Description is available on requestAbout you:Previous Quality Management experience is requiredPreferably experience within a manufacturing or production companyFull training will be provided for their systems and processesYou will be expected to maintain a high level of attention to detailDemonstrate strong problem solving skillsCommunicate with all team members and departmentsExhibit a proactive approach to quality assurance and continuous improvementHave knowledge of ISO9001:2015LEC01
