Our client, a renowned leader in the Aerospace Manufacturing sector, is on the lookout for a confident and results-driven Quality Manager to join their team.

This role offers the chance to manage and develop a talented team of 4 Quality Professionals across two sites , ensuring their continued growth and alignment with the company's high standards.

You will be based out of once site (Midlands) with remote management of two team members, and direct management of 2 further quality professionals.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the company's Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with AS9100 , AS9120 , and ISO 9001 standards.
Oversee the full quality assurance process, from incoming stock inspections to final product distribution, ensuring adherence to rigorous aerospace specifications.
Conduct audits and root cause analyses , implementing corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement and reduce non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure all materials meet the highest quality standards.
Champion quality initiatives and provide technical guidance to operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence across the organisation.
Act as the primary client liaison for quality-related issues, maintaining strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
Stay ahead of evolving aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
Tackle and resolve customer complaints proactively, working directly with clients to address and rectify issues effectively.
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in quality management, leadership, and aerospace manufacturing to this pivotal role.
Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience in a quality management role within the aerospace manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of AS9100 , AS9120 , ISO 9001 , and other relevant aerospace quality standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop a quality function in an Aerospace manufacturing environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to quality improvements.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and build lasting relationships with clients.
