Job Summary/ Purpose: The main purpose is to improve quality performance across our organisation.
This encompasses quality in all key areas of the business, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, Technical/R&D. Main Responsibilities: Establish, review, maintain and improve the quality management system, procedures and associated documents and ensure they are electronically filed and stored in a central database.
Ensure that the company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety, environment protection and consumer rights.
