Senior Quality Manager (Food) Dungannon £42,000 - £46,000 You will be responsible for advising on all technical aspects of factory production and its environment on relevant shifts, ensuring that all products meet Customer and legal requirements, particularly for food safety and working with factory team to drive continuous improvement. Duties Successfully introduce new products and processes. Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the HACCP-based Quality Management System. Manage corrective actions and address non-conforming ingredients/products. Oversee and manage the technical staff on production lines. Drive product, process, and environmental improvements to comply with customer and regulatory requirements, while also advancing internal KPIs.
