Quality Manager

The RoleThis is a critical role in the technical team and would be an ideal opportunity for a Quality Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys problem solving and leading improvements.Reporting to the Site Technical Manager, you'll lead the quality team and work closely with colleagues across the site to tackle challenges head-on and build a stronger, more food safety-focused culture.You'll be responsible for ensuring the site is audit-ready and compliant with BRC, retailer, and legal standards while helping to develop and embed improved ways of working.

This role will suit an experienced Quality Manager or somebody with a technical/quality background looking for progression.Key things we're looking for are: Experience leading a quality team within food manufacturing.A practical and proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.Strong knowledge of BRC and retailer codes of practice.Resilience, determination, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
