Quality Manager - Defence

Exciting Opportunity: Quality Manager (QHSE) Role Are you a seasoned Quality Manager with a passion for excellence and a strong background in QHSE?
We have a fantastic opportunity with a leading organization where you can make a significant impact!
What You'll Be Doing: - Quality Management: Lead the administration of our ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
You'll conduct internal audits, champion best practices, and collaborate with our Supply Chain Team to evaluate suppliers.
- Health & Safety: Monitor workplace safety, manage QHSE training programs, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
You'll also lead accident investigations and manage emergency procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive quality and safety improvements across the business, manage budgets, and oversee corrective actions.
What We're Looking For: - A BSc (2:1) or higher in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Desirable certifications such as NEBOSH, COSHH, NGC, IOSH, and ISO9001 QMS Internal auditing.
- A strong track record in quality management and health & safety within a manufacturing environment.
Candidates need to hold a British Passport due to the level of security clearance required!
