Quality Manager Tyrone About the Role: Are you a dedicated Quality Manager ready to take the next step in your career?
Our client, a prominent Commercial Construction contractor is seeking a skilled Quality Manager to work on projects in the Tyrone/Antrim area.
An onsite project role it offers the chance to lead quality initiatives across diverse commercial, and industrial projects, from pre-construction planning to final handover.
Key Responsibilities: Quality Management System (QMS): Maintain and enhance the QMS to ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
Site Audits: Conduct routine site audits, producing actionable reports to drive continuous improvement.
Supplier Compliance: Establish and monitor supplier quality standards to ensure raw materials meet project specifications.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs to streamline processes and support best practices.
Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA): Manage the CAPA process, driving swift resolution of quality issues.
Audit Leadership: Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to QMS requirements.
Communication Hub: Act as the key contact for all quality-related matters, fostering clear communication across teams and senior management.
Quality Culture: Promote a quality-first mindset, embedding it across the business and project teams.
BCAR Compliance: Oversee Building Control Amendment Regulations (BCAR) compliance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with engineers and teams to resolve quality-related challenges.
Health, Safety & Environmental Standards: Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring alignment with the companys quality policies.
About You: Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification in Quality Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Previous quality manager on commercial and industrial construction projects.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of industry standards, building regulations, and QA/QC policies.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrated technical ability with a passion for delivering practical, high-quality solutions.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and experience with Autodesk BIM 360.
