Job Title: Quality Lead Reporting To: Manufacturing Engineer Salary: £28,000 per annum Location: Coventry, UK Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week Role Overview: As the Quality Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across operations.
You will oversee Quality Systems, drive compliance with Health and Safety regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes.

Key Responsibilities: * Quality Management * Lead the implementation and maintenance of Quality Systems, including conducting audits, managing the ERP system, and tracking Corrective Action Reports (CAR).
* Perform root cause analysis and resolve supplier and customer quality issues with the support of engineers.
* Maintain calibration systems and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance and corrective actions.
* Health & Safety Compliance * Oversee site Health and Safety compliance, working closely with external advisors.
* Conduct risk assessments, prepare for quarterly audits, and ensure accident reports are completed.
* Drive initiatives to keep the Health and Safety system fully compliant.
* Reporting and Documentation * Compile and present detailed monthly reports for management.
* Ensure all training records are up to date and meet compliance standards.
* Collaborate with the Sub-Contract team to review and approve documentation for production.
* Customer and Supplier Interaction * Address quality concerns from suppliers and customers with a focus on timely resolutions.
* Keep customers informed with updates on machinery, spare parts, and service status.
* Review service reports and provide quotations where necessary.
* Procurement and Inventory Management * Raise and process purchase requests for the business.
* Coordinate the delivery and collection of spare parts and machinery.
* Regulatory Compliance and Process Improvement * Support CE and UKCA marking requirements for machinery products.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and efficiency.
