?  Based on site in our Reading offices you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.  Responsibilities Include:  Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications  Perform visual, mechanical, and electrical inspections using a variety of precision measurement tools and equipment  Record and report inspection data, including defects and non-conformities, in accordance with established procedures  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions  Support in creating and preparing process documentation  Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality control processes  Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols Ideally, You'll Have:  Experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment, preferably from within a regulated industry  Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and methods  Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents  Proficient in the use of precision measurement tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges  Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills  Effective communication and interpersonal skills  Certification in quality inspection or related field is a plus  Flexibility to travel to our logistics hub in Thatcham from time to time  Benefits Generous Salary and Annual Bonus Stock Options Contributory Pension Scheme 25 days Annual Leave + Public holidays Cycle To Work Schemes Car Scheme (Salary Sacrifice) Free On-Site Gym Employee Assistance Programs Discounts Platform
