Position An opportunity has arisen for a Quality Improvement Facilitator at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What you will do: We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated individual with experience of utilising quality improvement methods.
The post holder will deliver a range of support focused on the design, development and implementation of quality improvement work.
As a member of the Clinical and Care Governance Unit, this role offers a unique opportunity for the post holder to play a key role working closely with clinicians, operational managers and wider teams and individuals to improve the delivery of safe, effective person centred care.

Recognised specialist qualification in Quality Improvement (SCIL, SCLIP, IHI or board level qualification) (Equivalent to post grad diploma) and or experience in a QI related field.
Evidence of continuous professional development Inter-personal skills, including negotiation and management skills that enable them to forge positive working relationships across organisational boundaries.
Leadership skills including facilitation and presentation experience.
Ability to assess information and make recommendations.
