To this end, NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society.PositionAn opportunity has arisen for a Quality Improvement Facilitator at University Hospital Crosshouse.What you will do:We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated individual with experience of utilising quality improvement methods.
The post holder will deliver a range of support focused on the design, development and implementation of quality improvement work.
As a member of the Clinical and Care Governance Unit, this role offers a unique opportunity for the post holder to play a key role working closely with clinicians, operational managers and wider teams and individuals to improve the delivery of safe, effective person centred care.
For further information on the role please click the link below to view the job descriptionKnowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent experience and knowledge.Recognised specialist qualification in Quality Improvement (SCIL, SCLIP, IHI or board level qualification) (Equivalent to post grad diploma) and or experience in a QI related field.Evidence of continuous professional development Inter-personal skills, including negotiation and management skills that enable them to forge positive working relationships across organisational boundaries.Leadership skills including facilitation and presentation experience.Ability to assess information and make recommendations.For further information on the requirements for the role please click the link below to view the person specificationHours: 37 per weekFixed Term/Secondment:Please note this job is a fixed term/secondment until December 2025UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership:UK driving licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.If you want to find out more about the role, please contact:
