Quality Engineer

A client of SQ Partners who are based in Solihull, West Midlands have a requirement for a Quality Engineer to join them on a 12 month contract basis outside of IR35.
The role requires you to be SC cleared you therefore need to be able to work in the office and be a British Citizen.
Position Overview Implementation of SMS into Pt145 organisations.
MY client need support from an individual to write those changes into its MOE.
You will need great attention to detail, work effectively, work under guidance and it would be advantageous if you have awareness of compliance & SMS.
Responsibilities * Support the compliance team with the internal audit schedule.
* Manage any internal corrective actions (ETQ's) that you have been assigned.
* Reporting of Key Performance Indicators, undertaking trend analysis and identifying counter measures Updating specs and processes updating standard work instructions Input into safety management systems.
Skills an appreciation of aftermarket related certification approvals e.g.
AS91XX Series, EASA Pt 145 Understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS) Experience in auditing (Lead or Internal auditing certificate)
