Job Responsibilities Develop and implement quality standards: Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet both regulatory standards and customer expectations.
Conduct inspections and testing: Oversee the testing of materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.
This includes performing visual inspections, using measurement tools, and employing destructive or non-destructive testing methods.
Create and maintain documentation: Develop quality control plans, procedures, inspection checklists, and records to ensure compliance with quality systems and regulations.
Analyze process performance: Monitor key quality metrics such as defect rates, yield, and rework rates.
Analyze trends and data to identify root causes of quality issues and areas for improvement.

Qualifications Essential HNC Level 3 or above in Engineering or other relevant discipline.

Ability to analyze production data, identify trends, and interpret results to determine quality levels and areas for improvement.
Experience with software tools for data analysis, such as Minitab, Excel, or other statistical software.
