Quality Engineer

Role: An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our international, award-winning client.
This role will join the Quality team in Lincoln and support the QSHE Manager.
Duties: Identification of components to be subject to Incoming inspection and associated processes.
Support Inspection for both Incoming and Outgoing components Completion of FAIRs for both Incoming and Outgoing Components.
Non-Conformance Management and Improvement.
Vendor Audits and Improvement Activity (Scorecard, QBR).
Monthly Vendor OTD report ownership.
Internal Audits.
Problem Solving - Identifying and resolving problems promptly.
Continuous Improvement activity.
Data Analysis relating to Internal process control.
Further develop and implement both existing and new Inspection Standards.
Guide others as a 'subject matter expert' regarding QMS processes, generally accepted good industry practice and Quality tools (5-Whys, Fault Tree, Fishbone, etc).
Create quality system tools and references to support a 'right first-time' quality culture.
Reports key performance measures, performance levels and trends for all aspects of the quality management system.
Provide relevant and actionable information and data to various levels of management review meetings and strategy discussions.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Quality related work experience in a manufacturing company, or electronics field is beneficial.
Conducting Internal Audits.
Strong analytical skills to identify the source of problems.
ISO 9001 Liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
