As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a dedicated Experienced Quality Engineer (ideally in automotive or precision engineering sectors) to join their team and help drive continuous improvement and maintain the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities Monitor Product Quality : Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process, from incoming materials to finished products.
Conduct Audits & RCA : Perform regular audits and RCA to identify process inefficiencies, quality issues, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues, implement corrective actions, and improve product quality.
Continuous Improvement : Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing defects or non-conformities.
