About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and pro-active Quality Coordinator to join the quality team who will ensure the effective operation, accuracy and maintenance of our QMS. The Quality Coordinator will also provide support to the Internal Audit Manager in the effective administration of the internal audit schedule and will be expected to conduct internal audits against the requirements of ISO9001:2015.
Responsibilities will include: Overseeing the effective operation of document control procedures for all documents within the scope of the QMS, ensuring they are reviewed and maintained in conformance with ISO requirements. Management of the QMS SharePoint site and document review portal, including the production of dashboards and monthly reporting data. Providing advice, guidance and support to colleagues on quality/management system activities, including the use of the QMS and the QMS document review portal. Planning and coordination of quality team meetings: scheduling meetings, timely production of minutes, maintaining action logs and pro-actively following up actions through to closure. Supporting the Audit Manager in the set up and administration of internal audits for ISO9001 and ISO27001, and co-ordinate and prepare for third party audits for ISO9001. Supporting the internal audit team by conducting internal ISO9001 audits and participate in external auditing activities when required. Supporting the Head of Quality with the administration and management of the project assessment process by logging and following up project improvement actions. Key Skills and Experience: Experience working within a multi-faceted organisation that adheres to relevant ISO standards, or knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent management system certification (e.g. ISO27001). Exceptional internal customer service and stakeholder management experience in an administrative role. Experience of minute taking, co-ordination of meeting activities and document review/creation. Meticulous attention to detail ideally with experience of conducting audits. Strong understanding of quality management systems, standards and processes, and proficiency of M365 suite and SharePoint.
