Quality Controller /Assembly Operatives Location: Worcester Position Type: Temp-to-Perm (with opportunities for long-term career progression) About the Role Our client in Worcester is seeking skilled Wax Press, Brazing, and Assembly Operatives.

Shift Details Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (£11.59 per hour) Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (£11.59 per hour) Rotating Shift: Option to alternate between AM and PM shifts, with an additional shift allowance bonus of £1.49 per hour Key Responsibilities Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet company standards.
Material Preparation and Assembly: Clean, polish, and prepare materials for production.
Product Assembly: Assemble products following detailed specifications and quality standards.
Tool Operation: Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and finishing tasks safely and accurately.
Production Support: Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues.
Requirements Tool & Machinery Knowledge: Experience with hand tools and machinery operation.
Production Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is preferred.
Attention to Detail: Ability to interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and ensure high quality.
Physical Stamina: Capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting as needed.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork.
Industry Background: Experience in Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.
