This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a supportive environment, with a clear path toward long-term progression.Shift Details Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (£11.59 per hour)Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (£11.59 per hour)Rotating Shift: Option to alternate between AM and PM shifts, with an additional shift allowance bonus of £1.49 per hour Key Responsibilities Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet company standards.Material Preparation and Assembly: Clean, polish, and prepare materials for production.Product Assembly: Assemble products following detailed specifications and quality standards.Tool Operation: Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and finishing tasks safely and accurately.Production Support: Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues.
Requirements Tool & Machinery Knowledge: Experience with hand tools and machinery operation.Production Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is preferred.Attention to Detail: Ability to interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and ensure high quality.Physical Stamina: Capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting as needed.Team Player: Strong communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork.Industry Background: Experience in Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.
