Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our client in Dundee.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.
Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Analyse data to identify quality issues, develop data-based solutions, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.
Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team and across the organisation.
Qualifications: Proven experience in quality control and line management within a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and quality control processes.
Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and manage conflicts constructively.
Demonstrated ability to act independently and take initiative in identifying and solving problems.
Proactive approach with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification in quality
Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards.
