Position : Domiciliary Care Worker
Salary : £24,960 (full-time) - £12,480 (part-time) per annum
Location : Brighton & Hove
Start Date : ASAP
About the Role:
Quality Care Recruit is proud to partner with a trusted care provider in their search for dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers .
This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live confidently and independently in the Brighton & Hove area.
The position is available on both a part-time and full-time basis, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver personal care and support with light housework to enhance clients' well-being.
Contribute to and implement individualised care plans tailored to clients' needs.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients' families and advocates.
Foster strong relationships with clients by actively listening and engaging with them.
Maintain a professional standard, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Participate in mandatory training and commit to developing your skills.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking compassionate individuals who are:
Excellent communicators with good interpersonal skills.
Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
Passionate about delivering person-centred care and improving clients' quality of life.
Essential Requirements :
A commitment to professionalism and care excellence.
Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Residing within a commutable distance of Brighton & Hove.
Desirable :
Previous experience in a similar role, although full training will be provided.
