We are currently recruiting for an External Quality Assurer (EQA) role, working 35 hours per week, to carry out and document quality assurance and practical moderation activities in line with RoSPA and regulatory arrangements.
Our EQAs support our Centres with current industry and quality assurance expertise.
As a RoSPA EQA, you will need to maintain effective working relationships with our Centres and the RoSPA team, planning and monitoring quality assurance activities in line with our qualification requirements.
The role is both a challenging and rewarding experience and a great opportunity to use your industry expertise.
?This role will involve some travel and overnight stays.
Do you have the following essential criteria?
Credible experience and expertise from working within the Health and Social Care sector Hold a Level 3 (or equivalent) learning and development qualification eg: PTLLS, Award in Education and Training, Certificate in Training Practice Experience of working in a regulated environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience of providing accurate, supportive, concise feedback to both learners, assessors and delivery staff Preferred criteria: Hold an appropriate assessor qualification (D32/D33 or A1/A2 or TAQA Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement)orbe working towards the (6312-41) External Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (TAQA) or its equivalent (D35/ V2) Experience of quality assuring regulated qualifications for the Health and Social Care sector If so, we can offer you Working with aleading name in the safety sector, enjoying an unrivalled reach and reputation The opportunity to join a supportive, friendly and committed team and to contribute to a life-changing charitable mission Home-based working A competitive benefits package which includes a variety of wellbeing benefits such as a health cash plan, GP line and an Employee Assistance Plan, combined with salary exchange benefits, including a salary sacrifice pension plan, RoSPAs car leasing scheme, a Workplace Nursery benefit and holiday purchase.
