Quality Manager - Social Care

We are looking to grow our established care team.
You will be working with local authorities and residential settings and supporting the care team in regulating tailored crisis staff for children.
Randstad have seen an increase in the local authorities coming to us where all areas have been exhausted and our job is put together a team to support a child in need and sort care plans, risk assessments and everything built round making sure a young person in safe.
We also offer supervision and inventions support.
Responsible for all the quality assurance of local authority placements quality review of processes & services
-Networking across MDT stakeholders and generating leads for sales teams
Report writing management and overview and training for staff Ensure all risk assessments, care plans and relevant contact numbers are in place.
