Job DescriptionQuality Assurance Manager (Project Lead)Location: Snowdonia , North Wales- (Site based with accommodation paid) Salary / Benefits:£65,000 - £75,000+ per annum, dependant on experience plus car allowance, trave; / accomadation and pension/healthcare benefits.
Company Information:A leading infrastructure contractor is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join them on a £207 million pound power supply tunnel project for National Grid in Wales.
The Quality Manager will support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Project Management System, supporting and advising the team on quality management issues.
To be suitable for the position you must have;An appropriate knowledge of Quality AssuranceExperience working for a civils contractor in a similar role.Knowledge of ISO 9001 management systemsFamiliarity with using EDMS systems;Auditing Skills (Eg IRCA registered)Degree qualified in an engineering subjectCQI Chartership (Essential)IRCA Lead Auditor Accreditation (Essential)Key DutiesTo carry out quality planning and produce a framework that the project can use to provide a quality product.To ensure that quality and management system requirements are delivered.To ensure that the works are as specified and that the required testing and commissioning has taken place.To provide Governance support to site team as required e.g.
