Quality Assurance Manager

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client near Shepton Mallet who are actively looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager to join the team.
What you will be doing: As the Quality manager you will maintain and proactively promote QA and food safety culture through setting standards, procedures implementation, auditing, training and development of teams across the site.
Develop and maintain a suitable training program to raise awareness and drive improvements in GMP & Quality Lead site inspections and audits aiming to drive improvements in GMP standards by working in collaboration with the site's operation team Lead complaints and near miss investigations and associated improvement plans in conjunction with other departments.
Track / trend results of technical related KPI, including operations non-conformance and provide detailed information as required to drive improvement.
Maintain site quality systems and documentation to the required standard.
What you will need to succeed: Proactive with ability to drive improvement Food science/technology related qualification HACCP level 3 Excellent knowledge and practical understanding of BRCGS standard Internal audit or lead auditor trained What you will receive in return: Monday to Friday Salary Competitive + Bonus + benefits What you need to do next: If this position sounds of interest and you would like to be considered.
