Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Manager £50,000 - £55,000 Permanent, On-site Lancaster Major Group are working with a leading manufacturing company in Lancaster who are currently looking to add an experienced Quality Manager to their team.
As a Quality Manager, you will ensure all raw materials, WIP and finished goods meet the company quality standards.
Upholding ISO9001, ISO14001, operating permits, health and safety regulations.
You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, conducting root cause analysis, implementing best practices and fostering a corrective culture.
Managing of the image customer complaints process and overseeing the quality lab, along with product compliance Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and continuous improvement Develop, Train and Implementing Quality control processes Monitor Production Compliance of quality and environmental management systems (ISO9001 + ISO14001) Stakeholder engagement Data analysis and reporting Customer and vendor quality management People and team leadership/mentoring Qualifications and Experience: At least 5 years experience in a Quality and Compliance position (2 years minimum people management experience) Proven expertise in implementing QC processes within a manufacturing environment Prior leadership experience If you are interested in this role, please feel free to apply directly, if you are looking for more information on the role please email ******
