Quality Assurance Manager

What are you going to do?
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and implementing changes throughout the chain; • Organizing internal training courses and transferring knowledge about HACCP and other relevant topics to employees; • Managing quality employees; • Collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement areas for improvement; • Safeguarding assortment and supplier changes; • Managing supplier relationships and conducting audits to ensure quality; • Maintaining relationships with customers/stakeholders; • Coordinating audits by customers/stakeholders; • Managing contracts and relationships with customers/stakeholders; • Design and improvement of manuals and operational resources; • Participate in tender processes for suppliers.

• You have an HBO work and thinking level; • You have demonstrable experience with quality management in the food industry; • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including HACCP; • You are an enthusiastic and energetic personality who is strong in both process and content; • You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; • Your drive is to help others and get the best out of others; • You are good at setting priorities and have a healthy sense of perspective; • You feel at home in a company where you are given a lot of space.
