Quality Assurance Coordinator

Our maritime client is recruiting for a QA Coordinator to join the team.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT The immediate right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
A high level of competency in using MS applications and database entry.
Knowledge of maritime shipping industry Experience working in a comparable role with similar systems (e.g., Q88, OCIMF SIRE).- preferred but not essential.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and work ethic.
JOB DESCRIPTION Maintaining documents within the Integrated Management System via Management of Change requests.
Arranging inspections .
Maintain vessel inspection planning sheets.
Data entry of reports into in-house system as well as 3rd party web portals.
Updating Legislative manuals.
Compiling data statistics for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports.
Processing of vessel inspection invoices.
Uploading of matrixes to portals and databases.
Data Input.
Administration and reporting.
Provide trending, analysis of quality assurance performance, KPI reports and presentation materials.
Coordinate office audit schedules and agendas.
