Quality Assurance and Data Officer Location: Cheadle Royal (some travel when required)

Our Client Reconstruct are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading, highly reputable provider of Children's Residential services in England and Wales. We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance and Data Officer to support with their aim to transform the lives of children and young people who have experienced complex trauma and abuse.
The Role As part of the crucial and functional, Operations Team, you will be responsible for effective governance arrangements across the organisation. You will work with Children's Home leaders to ensure adherence to a robust quality management framework incorporating quality improvement measures.
Analysis of information from independent visitor reports, Ofsted inspections, and internal audits Compliance with regulatory bodies, i.e. Ofsted Contribution to continuous service improvement and development Collation and reporting on a range of KPIs related to connectivity, IT, staff sufficiency and resource allocation, incidents, and compliance with other related quality and reporting measures Development of tools to improve quality assurance data collection Providing insight into resource allocation and utilisation Management of staff, customer and service user feedback You will be responsible for: Reporting on qualitative and quantitative KPIs to give insight into performance. Working closely with managers to review the practices, ensuring they deliver high quality standard practice Develop and evaluate our existing performance management and quality assurance processes.
