We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst. Join a bespoke IT consultancy specialising in Infrastructure-oriented projects on behalf of the Government Defence and Security Sector.
What You Can Expect Location – Farnborough (Hybrid) Salary - £50,000 Industry – Defence and Security Work Type – Permanent Key Responsibilities as a Quality Assurance Analyst Collaborate with the development team on a variety of dynamic projects. Actively contribute to the Agile development process. Support the implementation and evolution of Agile practices. Work with intricate systems and applications. Analyse requirements and user stories, offering acceptance criteria. Provide input on non-functional testing requirements. Conduct exploratory testing to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Communicate test outcomes effectively with both the development team and project stakeholders. Perform test gap analysis to pinpoint missing or automatable scenarios. Ensure products maintain high-quality standards as they progress into Production. Core Experience and Skills Enthusiasm for testing in areas such as Automation, Performance, API, or Security. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and exploratory testing. Excellent documentation abilities. Hands-on experience with testing tools and test management software. Analytical thinking with problem-solving aptitude and adaptability. Strong organisational skills to manage diverse tasks.
