THE ROLE: Working for Scottish based business where you will be responsible for Quality and ISO Systems and have an active interest in Environmental Systems.
You should have a good background in Quality from a Manufacturing, Production, or Consultancy background.
In this role you will be implementing ISO9001 - putting in Environmental system across the business.
The person: Development and implementation of the company's quality and environmental management systems ensuring continued registration to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 across the different business divisions.
In addition, the integration of safety arrangements and documentation within the systems.
? Deliver and maintain best practice in quality and environmental management.
? Lead review and analysis of the quality management system for the manufacturing division including creation of process maps, guidance notes, and associated documentation.
? Liaise with key business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across the business.
? Development and implementation of policies and best practices.
? Performing site inspections and internal audits/ assessments of the company management systems.
? Monitoring and reporting on the company's quality and environmental performance.
? Development of waste minimisation and pollution prevention and control programmes.
? Provision of advice and support; ensuring compliance with legal and other requirements.
? Create and delivered division specific training sessions for manufacturing, waste management and the rest of the group.
? Development and provision of quality and environmental training at all levels in the company.
? Liaison with third party client managers and regulatory authorities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a strong background in Quality Management that wants to extend that into Environmental Systems and management.
