If you're interested in joining Routes as a Quality and compliance Manager, here's what we're looking for from you: In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and healthcare legislation Someone passionate about putting people first Experience in healthcare quality management Excellent communication skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement The ability to inspire and support teams across our service hub network You'll need to be a driver with access to a car for work.
You will be visiting our branches accross the North of the country Your typical day to day will include: Leading our quality assurance efforts, including audits and compliance checks Supporting our Registered Managers to meet CQC standards Collaborating with stakeholders to continually improve our services Staying up to date with industry best practices and regulations Ensuring all services comply with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and other relevant legislation, including safeguarding procedures Maintaining strong relationships with service users, their families, and our healthcare workers Develop and deliver training programmes for service hub teams, focusing on enhancing their understanding and implementation of quality and compliance standards.
