Elevate is seeking a Quality Analyst (skilled in Client Onboarding / Conflicts / CDD / AML KYC) for a 3-month interim or Permanent role for our customer, a leading Law Firm.
The position is hybrid and requires 3 days onsite in Birmingham, Sheffield, or Manchester offices .
Essential Detailed understanding of and CDD, AML and Conflict policies, controls, and procedures.
In depth technical knowledge, skills, and experience in CDD, AML and/or Conflicts ideally in a law firm, for both domestic and international individual and business clients.
A detailed understanding of the regulatory environment in which the firm operates for CDD, AML and Conflicts for both domestic and international individual and corporate clients.
Good written/oral communication skills required in relation to staff at all levels across the business.
Demonstrate experience of working autonomously and be able to make decisions within their sphere of responsibility.
Experience of preparing and delivering quality check feedback to one to one or larger groups.
Desirable CDD/AML qualifications or experience using different learning methodologies, Knowledge of AML software such as Smart Search, World Check, or other software providers.
