Reporting to the Office Manager, you''ll be supporting the Quality Director and quality team, along with the wider Support office team with effective administrative duties.

Support the quality team (main focus) with all required administrative duties, i.e.
analysis of Data, filing paperwork, presentations etc Keeping accurate records of all audits and scores and ensure these are undertaken and completed within the specified deadlines.
Be the main point of contact and superuser for QCS system, being the lead for the updates and training.
Ensure all incidents and data recorded on RADAR are effectively reviewed and actioned.
Overview and control of Infection prevention and control records.

About You: We're looking for people with great organisational and people skills to join our team.
Previous demonstrable experience working in a a similar role within a care home setting or similar environment Good understanding of the regulatory requirements of care.
System knowledge of QCS, Radar, Camascope and PCS (not essential as training can be given) Excellent written and verbal communication skills A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
