We are seeking qualified teaching assistants who are looking for flexible work across the county catered to your needs.
  Key Responsibilities Supporting Learning : Assisting teachers in delivering lessons, working with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning.
Classroom Management : Helping manage student behavior, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Resource Preparation : Preparing materials and resources needed for lessons, such as worksheets and displays.
Supporting Special Needs : Providing targeted support for students with special educational needs or disabilities.
Administrative Tasks : Assisting with tasks like marking work, record-keeping, and organizing classroom resources.
  Job Requirements Previous experience working with children as a teaching assistant Relevant Level 2 or above qualifications in education, childcare, or special education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs.
Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
