Supply Teacher - Stafford - £110 / £130 per day Qualified Teacher We are seeking a Qualified Teacher with a passion for special educational needs (SEN) to join our supportive team.
This role involves working with children aged 5-11 who have various needs, including ASD, MLD, and SLD, helping them to reach their full potential in a nurturing environment.Key Details: Position: Qualified TeacherLocation: StaffordSalary: Minimum of £83.33 per dayHours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30Contract: Temporary agency supply via HaysResponsibilities: Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and inclusion.Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with SEN coordinators.Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience in teaching SEN children is highly advantageous.Strong understanding of SEN strategies and frameworks.Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of special education.Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.If you are a dedicated educator looking to make a difference in the lives of children with SEN, we encourage you to apply.
