Job Title: Social Worker (Children)Location: TraffordWorking Hours: HybridRate: £37 per hourLiquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a busy team in Traffordbased within the Looked After Children team.Responsibilities:As a LAC Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include working with children and families to achieve desired outcomes, discharging care orders, and attending and participating in strategy meetings.
You will conduct Looked After Children Reviews, complete Care Plans, Child Permanence Reports (CPR), Pathway Plans, and Children and Family Assessments.
