Our Client is seeking a qualified professional to join their Children's Safeguarding and Family Support Team.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
Develop and implement care plans in line with statutory requirements and best practices.
Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure holistic support for children and their families.
Manage a diverse caseload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of childcare legislation, policies, and best practices.
What We're Looking For Qualifications: Professional qualification in Social Work (Diploma, BA/BSc/MA, CQSW) as recognised by Social Work England.
Registration: Current registration with Social Work England.
Experience: Significant experience in children's services, particularly in complex family and child protection scenarios.
Skills: Strong knowledge of child development, legislation, and assessment processes.
Exceptional liaison and negotiation skills with agencies and professionals.
Proven ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently.
