Qualified Social Worker

Registered social worker, previous experience of working in a CMHT.
Strong skills around assessment, care planning, risk assessment, safety planning and providing evidence based interventions.
Able to work autonomously, but also as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Sound knowledge of applicable legislation, including the Care Act (2014), Mental Capacity Act (2005) and Mental Health Act (1983).
Previous experience of conducting safeguarding enquiries and Care Act assessments.
Good record keeping, IT literate with experience of RIO and Care Director preferable.
Access to a car.
Demonstrable social work value base.
CMHT 0.8 WTE (4 days) Start: ASAP 3 Months / 90 Days with a view of an extension
