Job Title: Social Worker Adolescent Support Team Location: South-East England (Gravesend Office Base) Salary: Up to £38 per hour Make a real difference with every decision you make.
Myn is looking for a qualified and passionate Social Worker to join the Adolescent Support Team (AST) for our long-term client in the South-East of England.
This role is your chance to transform lives by supporting vulnerable adolescents and their families.

You'll work with young people aged 11-18, focusing on preventing homelessness, safeguarding, and keeping families together.
Youll help shape brighter futures while collaborating with a small, supportive team that values innovation and a holistic approach.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of complex and challenging cases involving assessments, planning, and implementing support.
Use crisis intervention and strengths-based approaches to empower adolescents and their families.
Work closely with 16-17-year-olds who present as homeless, responding rapidly to prevent homelessness.
Advocate for young people to remain within their family network wherever possible.
Chair Child in Need meetings, coordinate support, complete Joint Housing Assessments, and support young people in navigating critical services.
Collaborate with partners, including CAMHS, YOT, Police, Housing, and Education, to reduce harm and promote positive outcomes.
Deliver high-quality social work interventions with a focus on protection and safeguarding.
What youll need: Qualifications: Degree in Social Work (DIPSW, CQSW, or CSS) and registration with Social Work England.
Experience: Demonstrable track record of working with adolescents and delivering impactful interventions.
Skills: Effective communication, engagement, and negotiation skills.
Experience with evidence-based practice and holistic family approaches is essential.
Knowledge: Specialist understanding of social work in childrens services, particularly safeguarding and direct work with young people and families.
