Role Description We have an exciting new vacancy within our Residential Property Department for a Paralegal, who has a CILEX or NALP qualification.
You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role.The successful candidate will primarily provide administrative support to one fee earner in this busy department.
Candidates should be organised, self-motivated, have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, be able to work as part of a team, and have ability to work calmly even when under pressure.
This is a full-time, office-based role, from 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday-Friday, based in St Albans.
There may be a possibility of this becoming a hybrid role with one and a half to two days working from home if the candidate performs well.
Salary- £30,000.00 upwards subject to experience This is a full-time on-site role for a Qualified Residential Property Paralegal at Bryan & Mercer Solicitors in St Albans.
The paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication with clients, conducting post completion and post exchange tasks, document review, HMLR registrations and requisitions and providing support in residential property matters.
