Job Title: Qualified Religious Education Teacher Location: East of England, Essex, Thurrock Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £33,075 - £45,037 Per annum Job Description: Job Duties: Plan and deliver high-quality Religious Education lessons to students Develop and implement engaging and innovative teaching strategies Assess and evaluate student progress to provide feedback and support Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and student learning experience Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Degree in Religious Education or related field Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Religious Education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Religious Education or related field Experience: Previous experience teaching Religious Education at the secondary level Demonstrated track record of student achievement and engagement Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different religious beliefs and practises Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Strong classroom management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience with assessment for learning strategies Working Conditions: Full-time position with regular school hours Classroom-based teaching with opportunities for extra-curricular involvement Collaborative work environment with supportive staff All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
