Job summary Due to the increasing population of our surrounding communities, we are looking to recruit a keen and committed salaried Practice Nurse to join our friendly, supportive team.The Practice requires the successful candidate to work 15 to 20 hours per week, across both our High Wycombe and Hazlemere sites.

The Nursing Team is supported by experienced GPs, management and administrative teams as well as our wider PCN attached team including pharmacists, paramedics and social prescribers.We are a well-established practice serving 13,500 patients across two sites in High Wycombe, a large, diverse town in Buckinghamshire with excellent schools and amenities, minutes away from countryside with great transport links to London.We offer a contract with 5 weeks annual leave (plus Bank Holidays) and a NHS Pension.Informal chats/visits are welcomed and encouraged.
