Location: Braintree Salary: £85-£110 per day Start Date: Immediately Contract Type: Full-time We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic  Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner  to join our supportive and nurturing team in Maldon, starting immediately.
As a  Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner , you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young children, fostering their social, emotional, and academic growth through engaging and meaningful activities.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support early development.
Monitor and document children's progress, tailoring learning experiences to individual needs.
Foster a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for young learners.
Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with parents about each child's development.
Promote social, emotional, and academic growth through structured play and learning.
