Details of the : Conduct final accuracy checks on dispensed prescriptions to ensure they are correct and complete.
Verify labeling, dosages, and packaging, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy protocols.
Identify and rectify any dispensing errors before medications reach the patient.
Support the pharmacy team in maintaining high standards of patient safety and efficient workflow.
Provide guidance to pharmacy assistants and dispensers, promoting best practices in prescription preparation and patient care.
