Love2Foster Ltd is a newly formed fostering agency who are looking for an experienced and dynamic Fostering Manager to join the team on a permanent basis with many opportunities for growth.
Your new role As the Fostering Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the fostering service.
Leading and managing a team of social workers and support staff.
Overseeing the recruitment, assessment, and approval of foster carers.
Ensuring high standards of care and support for children and young people.
Managing budgets and resources effectively.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Liaising with external agencies and stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards.

What you'll need to succeed A recognised social work qualification.
Registration with Social Work England.
Significant experience in fostering services, including management experience.
Strong knowledge of fostering regulations and standards.
