Located in the North West, their base offers a rich industrial heritage in a vibrant, well-connected community.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and improve quality, safety, and environmental standards, including managing QMS systems and HSE policy manuals.Develop systems to standardise key processes across the business.Lead process improvement initiatives that support business strategies.Manage document control systems and ensure effective audit processes.Drive continual improvement in quality performance, reducing costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.Oversee Supply Chain performance in collaboration with procurement and finance teams.Assess training needs to ensure all staff are up-to-date with environmental, health, and safety regulations.Skills and Experience:Experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.Familiar with ISO9001:2015, OHSAS 45001, and ISO 14001:2004 standards.Strong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes.Excellent communication and presentation skills.CQI or IRCA certificate in Quality Management.NEBOSH or IOSH qualification preferred.Internal or Lead Auditor certification.Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pmFriday: 8:00 am to 1:30 pmThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Manager looking to make an impact within a forward-thinking company.
