A multi-award-winning housing developer has a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Aberdeenshire.

Key Responsibilities include:
Produce accurate estimates, budgets, and cost forecasts for designated developments Monitor site performance against financial targets and plans Tendering, appointment and management of subcontractors Provide regular cost reports and updates Support directors on profitability and financial status of projects Applicant Requirements:
Experience in a similar role with a housebuilder Minimum HNC in Building Studies; RICS qualification or Quantity Surveying degree preferred Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills Applicants at a more junior experience level will also be considered As well as the opportunity to work on high-end, unique builds, this developer offers an attractive package, a clear path for professional progression and investment wherever possible into further training and development.
